Obituary of Elsie Marie Carroll

Mrs. Elsie Hill Carroll, age 86, of Kingston, passed away Wednesday August 4, 2010 at the home of her granddaughter in Tellico Plains. She was preceded in death by husband: James Lloyd Carroll, Sr. Her parents: James R. and Alice Hill. Four sons: Billy Joe Carroll, Sr., James Lloyd Carroll, Jr., William Boyd Carroll and Robert Don Carroll. Two daughters: Shirley Jean Leach and Mary Sue Ledbetter. One brother: Harvey Hill. One sister: Sammie Forgey. And one half sister: Ursel Phillips. She is survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family, friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends Saturday August 7, 2010 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Davis Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Midway Church of God Cemetery in Kingston.
