Obituary of Reba Halley Tallent

Mrs. Reba Tallent, age 60 of Oakdale, went home to be with the Lord on May 13, 2017. Mrs. Reba was a care giver for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Dewey and Ona Brown

Five brothers

And two sisters.

She is survived by her husband: John Tallent

One son: Michael and his wife Kimberly Richardson

One step son: Jeff Tallent

Two step daughters: Melissa & Josh Voyes and Mandy & Alex Rocker.

Twelve grandchildren: Ashley and Michelle Richardson, Tanner Palmer, Shane Whitt, Christopher Walters, Ella and Noah Lulling, Isaiah, Malia, Maddox, Paxton and Phoenix.

Three great grandchildren: Elizabeth, Haley and Trevor

Two sisters: Elizabeth Bunch and Louise Howard

And a host of many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The family will receive friends Thursday May 18, 2017 at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 PM with Pastor Scott Capooth officiating.  The family will meet for  graveside services Friday morning at 11:00 AM in the Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Lenoir City.
