Obituary of Benjamin Harold Catron

Mr. Benjamin H. “Benny” Catron, age 61, of Harriman, passed away Wednesday November 22, 2017 at Parkwest Medical Center. He was a longtime member at Bethel Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Paul and Mattie Catron.

One brother: Carl Gene Catron.

And a special aunt and uncle: Oscar and Edith Gibson.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years: Bernice Loy Catron.

One son and daughter-in-law: Virgil and Brandy Catron.

And one daughter: Crystal Catron all of Harriman.

Three sisters and two brothers-in-law: Shirley and Bob McCarroll of Harriman, Lolita and Mack McGhee Sr. of Maryville and Jerelene Catron of Decatur, Ga.

Three grandchildren: Brianna Lynn Catron, Abigail Faith Catron and Malaya Bresha Brown along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.

The family will receive friends Monday November 27, 2017 at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman from 12:00 to 2:00 PM. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM. The interment will be held immediately following the funeral service in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
