Obituary of Frances Cleo Godsey

Mrs. Frances Townsend Godsey, age 91, of Harriman passed away Sunday March 18, 2018 at Harriman Care & Rehab.

She was preceded in death by her husband: R.L. Townsend.

Son: Micky Townsend

Her parents: Ben & Emily Whitlock.

Brother: Oscar Whitlock.

Sister: Gilberta Bacon.

She is survived by daughter & son-in-law: Darlene & Sam Frogg,

Daughter-in-law: Linda Townsend,

Son & daughter-in-law: Tyler & Maude Townsend,

Son & daughter-in-law: Greg & Donna Townsend.

Grandchildren: Sammy, Darrell, Ryan, Rachel, Sarah, Rebecca, and Jacob.

Great grandchildren: Everett, Wyatt, Garrett, Kellsie, and Karissa.

Along with nephews, friends and loved ones.

The family will receive friends Tuesday March 20, 2018 at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  Funeral services will follow at 7:00 PM in the chapel of Davis Funeral Home with Greg Townsend officiating.  Graveside services will be Wednesday March 21, 2018 at 2:00 PM in Roane Memorial Gardens.
