Obituary of Lowell Edward Abston

Mr. Lowell ‘Ed’ Abston, age 71 of Harriman passed away on May 5, 2018 at Roane Medical Center.  He was a Cab driver for 40 plus years and a Kentucky Colonel.

He was preceded in death by parents: Elbert & Lucy Roddy Abston.

Brother: Mike Abston.

Sister: Gloria Garner.

He is survived by his son: Adam Abston

Two grandchildren: Collin and Kaitlan Abston.

Two great grandchildren: Karter and Kayhne.

Brother: Coy Abston

Sister: Violet Arwood of Georgia.

Many nieces, nephews and loved ones.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday May 8, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 9, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman with Bro. John Gann officiating.  Graveside services will follow the funeral service in Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood with Roane County Honor Guard providing military honors.
